Located in the Angel, Islington, The Owl Barbershop is one of a kind. The aim was to create a barbershop experience that would be the antidote to the kind of pretentious hairdressing that makes us all feel a little uncomfortable. It’s about about simple, quality men’s hairdressing in an environment you quite like hanging out in.
Customers are invited to choose between a craft beer and a milk bottle cocktail, and then take their seats in the comfortable bright white interior to hang out, chat, listen to their eclectic music on a quality sound system, and receive ‘a damn fine haircut’ along the way.
The interior décor is minimal, stylish and cool – the focal point being the extraordinary barbers chairs and a series of black Duo™ Maxi Pendants and chrome Duo 1227™ Wall Mounted lamps, providing essential focused light at each cutting station. A Type 75™ –Paul Smith – Edition One desk lamps takes pride of place on the countertop alongside the tempting array of Divines natural, environmentally sound hair products available to buy at the shop.
